The Tektronix 4002 (aka T4002) was the first graphics terminal offered by Tektronix. It was announced in December 1968 and introduced in 1969.
It uses a 611 storage monitor which has a direct-view storage tube with a 8¼" × 6½" visible area.
In vector mode, the 4002 offers a 400×300 resolution (1024×1024 addressable).
Alphanumeric capacity is 80 columns × 35 lines. The character generator includes 94 ASCII symbols in two sizes.
