The Tektronix Type 53 Scope-Mobile Panel replaces the standard blank front panel of a Type 500 Scope-Mobile cart. The Type 53 panel provides storage for two letter-series or 1-series plug-ins. A Type 500 Scope-Mobile with at Type 53 panel installed is called a Type 500/53.
