The 5814 is a dual triode. It is a high-rel version of the 12AU7 (ECC82) with increased heater current.

It has a 12.6 V, 175 mA center-tapped filament and a B9A (Noval) miniature 9-pin base.

Tek part number: 154-0054-00 (5814A), 154-0316-00 (5814A?)
