The Tektronix Type 945 is a ruggedized version of the 545, intended for the military. It was introduced in 1961. It can use regular letter-series plug-ins or the ruggedized MC and ML plug-ins. The 945 weighs 78 pounds and consumes a maximum of 700 watts.
