The Tektronix AT5010 is a single-channel 50-ohm programmable electrical attenuator for TM5000 series mainframes. The attenuation factor is controllable via GPIB. The input and output connectors are SMA on the front panel. The attenuation factors are 2, 2.5, 4, 10, and 100. The frequency range is DC to 18GHz. Maximum power is 1 watt.
