The Tektronix ML is a ruggedized version of the Type L plug-in for the 945.

Specifications

  • Passband: DC to 30 MHz
  • Risetime: 12 ns or less
  • Deflection factor: 50 mV/div to 20 V/div

The Type ML was listed at $425 in the 1963 catalog.
