P6000

The Tektronix P6000 is a 30MHz 10x passive voltage probe designed for use with oscilloscopes that have a 1 megohm input impedance. Maximum voltage is 1200. Input capacitance is from 11.5 to 14.5 pF. The connection with the scope is with a UHF connector. The compensation range is 20pF to 50pF.

The P6000 was made with four different cable lengths:
