The P6015 is a high-voltage probe. It can be operated with or without it's freon filling.  Without the freon filling, the maximum voltage is reduced. The P6015 is a 1000X probe, and it has a compensating circuit

The Tektronix P6015 is a 1000× high-voltage probe usable up to 20 kV (40 kV peak pulse).

It can be operated with or without dielectric filling but without this filling, the maximum voltage is reduced to 13 kV (18 kV peak), similar to the P6013 predecessor model.
The original filling material, Freon-114 aka Fluorocarbon 114 (R-114, CFC-114), is no longer available due to its ozone-depleting properties.  For this reason, it was replaced by the P6015A in 1991, which uses a silicone based replacement.
The P6015 has a compensating circuit at the scope end of the cable with multiple adjustable RC constants, which was available with PL-259 or BNC plugs on the scope side (termination box part numbers 015-039/015-0039-00 and 015-049/015-0049-00, respectively).
