The Tektronix P6023 is a ×10, 1000 V max. scope probe with 8 MΩ input resistance.

It has variable attenuation and compensation to permit equalizing a pair of these probes on a differential amplifier. The manual refers to Type W, 10A1, and 1A7 specifically.

Versions with BNC (010-0168-00) and UHF connectors (010-0097-00) exist.
