The Tektronix P6045 is a 230 MHz FET probe.
The signal amplitude range is 500 mV.
The offset can be set to any voltage from -1 V to to 1 V. Attenuator heads can be placed on the tip of the P6045, reducing the capacitance, increasing the signal amplitude range, and of course reducing the sensitivity.
The P6045 requires a ±12.5 V supply from a 015-0073-00 or a 454/454A scope.
