The Tektronix P6136 is a passive miniature 350 MHz ×10 scope probe for 1 MΩ // 12-18 pF scope inputs.
It has a ×10 readout pin, and shares accessories with many other Tektronix subminiature modular probes. The option 25 probe is identical in specifications but uses the compact series probe tip.
