The Tektronix P6201 is an active 900 MHz × 1 FET probe.

It can be powered from 7000 series mainframes having LEMO S-series connectors for probe power, or compatible units such as the 1101.

Input impedance	100 kΩ // 3 pF (× 1), 1 MΩ // 1.5 pF (× 10/100)
Output impedance	25 Ω (with internal termination selected)
Intended for	7000 series scopes, 485, 475
