<gallery> P6205_exploded.jpg | Exploded view of the probe assembly. The PCB is soldered to the shielding tube and the coax, and the tube is then crimped over the coax. P6205_%27scope_side.jpg | The probe uses "lossless" 50 Ω coax, as there's amplification at the business end. The circuitry connects to the TekProbe interface to declare the probe's identity to the scope. P6205-int-1.jpg | The tip network comprises three laser-trimmed resistors and a laser-trimmed capacitor. The tip resistance measures 800 kΩ, the middle resistor was on the order of 25 Ω, and the resistance to ground is 200 kΩ. This makes a 1/5 divider from tip to the amplifier.
