The Tektronix P6420 is an RF demodulator probe for DMMs with 10 MΩ input resistance, providing a DC output voltage proportional to the RMS value of a sine-wave input.

Designed to be used with a digital multimeter with a 10 MΩ input resistance, the P6420 can also be used with oscilloscopes which have a 1 MΩ input for relative flatness readings.
