This plug-in appears to be in the 7000-series form factor.
It could have been a prototype for a plug-in that was never produced.
The circuit uses the [[155-0056-00|155-0056-00 sweep control IC]] and the [[155-0028-00|155-0028-00 Miller Integrator and delay pick-off IC]].
The input attenuator board appears to be from  the [[323]] scope.
