Many Tektronix instruments provide power for active probes. There have been several distinct versions of probe power.

The 513 provides +225VDC, +6.3VDC, and a variable supply producing +15VDC to +150VDC.

TekProbe is a proprietary probe-scope interface that combines signal and probe power and provides the
