The Tektronix TDS3AAM Advanced Analysis Application Module is an application module for the TDS3000-series scopes. It extends the scope with 

DPO Math.
Arbitrary math expressions. Allow you to create waveforms using math operations on active and reference waveforms, waveform measurements, up to 2 user-definable variables, and arithmetic expressions.
Waveform area and cycle area measurements.
Measurement statistics. Adds min/max or mean/standard deviation readouts to displayed measurements up to 1000 last measurements.
