The Tektronix TRCP0600 is a 600 A, AC-only oscilloscope current probe based on a Rogowski coil.
The thin, flexible coil can easily be wrapped around test points such as the leg of a transistor.
Sister models TRCP0300 and TRCP3000 cover 300 A and 3000 A, respectively.
