The Telequipment C3 is a solid state oscilloscope calibrator.
From the manual:
The Calibration Unit Type C3 is a small portable mains-operated instrument for use in service centres. It provides a wide range of output signals, with a high degree of accuracy as shown in the Specification, for test and calibration purposes.

Specifications

Markers 100 nsec, to 5 secs. in 1-2-5 sequence (24 position switch).

Pulse amplitude ~1 V approximately.
Pulse width at mid point approximately 2% of repetition period.
Accuracy ±0.01%.

Amplitude Calibrator Square waves switched at 10kHz, 1kHz, 50Hz, 10Hz, 1Hz, also DC.

Amplitude 100 volts to 0.025 volts and 100mV to 0.025mV in 1-2-5 sequence (11 position switch with 1000:1 attenuator).
Rise time ≤ 100 nsecs. Deteriorates due to capacity loading on high output impedances.
The 50Hz output has rise times of 400 μs.
Accuracy ±0.2% when loaded with 1MΩ except 0.05 V/mV ±0.3% and 0.025 V/mV ±0.35%
Output impedance varies from 5 kΩ at 50 V and 50 mV down to 75Ω at ≤ 0.5 V and 0.5 mV.

Fast Rise Signal Square waveform switched at 100kHz, 1MHz, 10MHz.

Risetime ≤ 1 nsec.
Output 0.2 V maximum into terminated 50 Ω load.

Television Waveform A 625 line signal, +ve and —ve modulation.

Amplitude 1.6V peak to peak. Output impedance 75ohm.
-ve going output is DC coupled from earth, +ve going output is AC coupled.

Also modulation can be switched on and off at 1 sec rate.

Auxiliary Outputs Available on 4mm sockets at the side.
