The Tektronix 018-0154-00 is a personality card for the MicroLab I development system that supports the Motorola 6801/68120 microprocessors.
The 6801 microcomputer is a 40-pin, single-chip microcomputer that is based on an enhanced 6800 architecture. The 6801 contains 2K of ROM, 128 bytes of RAM, four parallel I/O Ports, a Serial Communications Interface, a Programmable Timer, and an internal clock generator. The 6801 supports eight different processor modes, each of which configures the internal resources of the device differently.
The 68120 microcomputer is a 48-pin, single-chip microcomputer that is architecturally similar to the 6801. The 68120 is machine code compatible with the 6801. The major differences between the 6801 and 68120 are that the 68120 has an additional 8-bit System Address bus and no internal clock generator.
