SI5020
The Tektronix SI5020 is a DC to 18 GHz microwave switch matrix plug-in for the TM5000 system. It comes in three variants: The SI5020A has two switches with central common connector, the SI5020B utilizes a switch without a common connector for Switch B, and the SI5020C utilizes two switches without a common connectors. The switches without common connectors allow any two of the six coax lines to be connected together, while the common connector variant allows to connect one of six coax lines to the central one.

Internals
The SI5020 uses coax relay switches from Teledyne, model CR-38S16-1 (7 SMA connectors) or CR-38S16-2 (6 SMA connectors). Instead of a serial number many (all?) units bear the identification number 067-0198-99.
Note
Switches with common connector (as found in SI5020As) should only use paths through the common for proper impedance matching. Connections across the Switch, i.e. 4 to 1, will have impedance discontinuities caused by the common and equipment connected to it. Switches without common maintain 50 Ω impedance when connections between any two connectors are made.
