The Tektronix 067-1701-xx TekVPI Calibration Fixture is used for performance verification and gain accuracy adjustment procedures on certain TekVPI probes, e.g. the TCP0030A.
It provides power to the probe and routes the probe output signal out through an SMA connector on the back of the fixture, where it can be measured with another instrument, such as a precision DMM, to check and adjust the probe's gain accuracy.
