1240/1241 SuperPack
As the 1240 ROM Cartridge design is relatively trivial, and TekWiki hosts a large archive of ROM images that includes most (if not all) of the original factory disassembly cartridges, we present designs for two cartridges that can be produced with little effort or cost. As the used market is unpredictable and one might never find a factory cartridge for a given microprocessor, reproduction represents a practical alternative.
Both were apparently created by Pavel Korensky in 2002. It is not known how they made their way here.
Reproduction Cartridge
The first is a PCB similar to the Tektronix original used in all of the ROM packs. The zip file contains Gerber and drill files:
SuperPack
The second is a multipurpose RAM/ROM pack called SuperPack. The zip file contains Eagle CAD 3.5 design files, a PDF schematic, and a README, which indicates that this version of the PCB will not fit in the stock cartridge case. It is not known whether a corrected version ever happened. The board is SMT, the RAM SOIC, and FLASH PLCC.
Cartridge Case
There are two .STL files for making a 3D printed case.
