The 12RM99 Opt 14 is a software ROM pack for the 1240/1241. It is used to disassemble instructions from the Texas Instruments TMS32010 Digital Signal Processor (DSP).
The UPIK40 harness can be used to simplify connection to the target processor, but is not required.
