2114 SRAM

The 2114 (P/N 156-1028-00,156-1461-00) is an 1K×4 SRAM monolithic integrated circuit introduced in 1975 that was manufactured by Intel, Fairchild, Hitachi, Motorola, NEC, and others. It was used in many 1980s designs before being superseded by DRAMs or byte-wide SRAMs.
