The 90 Channel Microprocessor Interface is a pod that connects between a 92A96 Data Acquisition Module and the target microprocessor Probe Adapter, though exactly how is not presently known. The reason for this is that the 92A90 Retargetable Buffer Probe is designed to be used with the 92A90 Acquisition Board. The 92A96 board does not present the same probe interface as does the 92A90, so the 90 Channel Microprocessor Interface compensates for connection to the target probe.
