The Tektronix DMM870 is a 4¾ digit (40,000 counts) hand-held digital multimeter, described in

Circuit Description
The DMM870 makes use of an TC8129 analog to digital converter IC. For calculating the true RMS voltage of an input, the DMM870 uses an Analog Devices AD737.
