The Keithley 615 is a digital electrometer with a 3½ digit Nixie display. The analog circuits are similar to the Keithley 602.

Charge ranges ±10-11 C to ±10-5 C in 7 decade ranges
Resolution 3½ digits (1999 counts); all nominal ranges have overrange capability to 1.999×
Connections
  • Input: 2-lug triaxial connector
  • Output: Unity gain output, 4 mm binding posts (equal to input voltage within 100 ppm for output currents of 100 μA or less
  • Current output: ±1 mA FS at up to 1 V, 100% overrange except on 100.0 sensitivity
  • Voltage output: ±1 V FS at up to 0.1 μA, 100% overrange except on 100.0 sensitivity
  • Internal BCD outputs for 6162 Isolated Output
Power 105-125 or 210-250 VAC, 50-60 Hz, 35 W
