The Tektronix P6014 is a 1000× high-voltage probe usable up to 12 kV (25 kV peak pulse).
The P6014 has a compensating circuit at the scope end of the cable with multiple adjustable RC constants, which was available with PL-259 plugs on the scope side. It was renamed to P6013, which appeared in the 1962 catalog, with identical design.
