The Tektronix PM20x series of Personality Modules are probes for 16-bit and 32-bit microprocessors, used with the DAS9100 (which supports only the PM201, PM202, and PM203) and 1240/1241 logic analyzers. They do not contain the software necessary for disassembly and require that the logic analyzer be equipped with it.
The series consists of:
- PM201 Intel 8086/8088
- PM202 Intel 80186/80188
- PM203 Motorola 68000/68010/68008
- PM204 Intel 80286
- PM205 Motorola 68020
