The Tektronix PM4xx series of Personality Modules are probes for first-generation 8-bit microprocessors (and the STD Bus), used with the 1230, 1225 and 1220 logic analyzers. They contain the necessary firmware for disassembly and are packaged in the same black plastic PacTec boxes as Tektronix used for the P6442, P6443 and P6444 probes.
The series consists of:
- PM400 (apparently unassigned)
- PM401 (apparently unassigned)
- PM402 Zilog Z80
- PM403 MOS 6502
- PM404 Intel 8085
- PM405 STD Bus
- PM406 Motorola 6809
- PM407 Motorola 6800
- PM408 (apparently unassigned)
- PM409 (apparently unassigned)
- PM410 (apparently unassigned)
- PM411 Intel 8086/8088 (Though offered in the 1988 catalog, probably vapourware)
- PM412 Motorola 68000 (Though offered in the 1988 catalog, probably vapourware)
