Bill Wilbanks

William Harold Wilbanks (b. 22 Jun 1927 in Alabama – d. 26 Jul 2006 in Portland, OR) was a ceramics engineer at Tektronix[1]. After leaving Tektronix, in 1963, he co-founded Wilbanks Inc. in Hillsboro, OR, to manufacture ceramic components for the pulp and paper industries.
