I didn't think I could just change the extension from .jpg to .gif but when I did that and could see it in Windows 10 without an error, I uploaded it, changed the reference on the 2784 page from "2784_2.jpg" to "2784_2.gif" and shows up fine. Got this message when I tried to upload a file called "2784_2.jpg":
- Upload warning
- File extension ".jpg" does not match the detected MIME type of the file (image/gif).
