The Tektronix M020F  (P/N 155-0015-01) is a analog data switch monolithic integrated circuit for the 7000 series readout system in a 16-pin DIP, designed by Barrie Gilbert.

It accepts nine inputs at currents from 0 to 1 mA and selects one under the control of a BCD code. The output is from an NPN collector.
