The '''Tektronix P6463''' is a 25 MHz to 50 MHz TTL/CMOS pattern generator probe for the [[DAS9100]] logic analyzers. It interfaces to [[91S32]] and cards.

The P6463 uses the [[P64xx input leads|P64xx-family 10-wire input lead harnesses]] with 0.2" connectors.  Is also possible to use standard jumper wires with pins, sockets or clips on the other end for connecting inputs.

==Specifications==
The probe can either be used at 50 Mhz with 9 channels or 25 Mhz with 16 channels.
