The Tektronix P6463 is a 25 MHz to 50 MHz TTL/CMOS pattern generator probe for the DAS9100 logic analyzers. It interfaces to 91S32 cards. The P6463A version seems to also work with 92S32 cards.

Specifications

The probe can either be used at 50 MHz with 9 channels or 25 MHz with 16 channels.

The P6463 is described in the DAS 9200 Technician’s Reference.
