The Tektronix M694 is an amplifier monolithic integrated circuit designed by John Addis.

The M694 is an M377, just with a more relaxed specification for DC balance.

An M377 that doesn't quite meet its DC balance spec can be a fully acceptable M694. This was used as a cost-cutting technique for applications that don't require tight DC balance.

The M694 is used as the output amplifier in the AM503A and the AM503B. (165-2456-00)

The 11A16 dual-channel current probe amplifier plug-in 11A16 uses the M377.
