The Tektronix 015-0598-00 is a voltage adapter for calibration of current probe amplifiers 11A16, AM503 and AM5030.
It is constructed from a female BNC terminated to pin 'M' on an Amphenol 165-9 or equivalent (Tek Part# 131-1854-00) connector via a 25ohm 1% 0.125W resistor via standard coax cable.
The shield of the coax is connected directly to pin 'J' in the Amphenol connector. There is no connection to the shell of the Amphenol connector.
