Many Tektronix instruments provide power for active probes. There have been several distinct versions of probe power.

The first Tektronix instrument to provide probe power was the 513. It provides +225VDC, +6.3VDC, and a variable supply producing +15VDC to +150VDC.

The 517 and 128 provide +120VDC and +6.3VDC.

The 3S1 provides +100VDC and -12.2VDC.

7000-series scopes provide +15VDC, +5VDC, and -15VDC.
