The TM506 is a 6 bay mainframe for the TM500 system. It was introduced in 1975.

The TM506 supplies five unregulated voltages to the plug-in modules:
- +33.5VDC 350mA max
- -33.5VDC 350mA max
- +11.5VDC 1.3A max in regular compartment, 4A max in high-power compartment
- 25VAC, 25VA max in regular compartment, 60VA max in high-power compartment
- 17.5VAC, 30VA max in standard compartment, 95VA max in high-power compartment
TM506A
