The Tektronix 3T2 is a sampling time-base plug-in for 560-series scopes. Triggering works up to 100MHz. The 3T2 has a random sampling mode. UHF SYNC works up to 3GHz. The amount of jitter depends on the mode of operation. The lowest jitter is obtained with an external 50-ohm trigger source of at least 150mV, which is specified to be less than 2ps.
