The Tektronix 067-0559-00 Current Probe Test Fixture is a 50 Ω terminator and current loop with a GR-874 connector. It is used with pulse generators like the 106 or 109, with GR-874 outputs to calibrate current probes. The current loop is in series with the 50 Ω termination, on the grounded side.
