The Tektronix 134 current probe amplifier interfaces a P6019, P6020, P6021 or P6022 current probe to the voltage input of an oscilloscope. It was designed by Hans Springer.
Each 134 came with its own dedicated power supply. Early production 134s came with a 015-0058-00 for 115 VAC or 015-0059-00 for 230 VAC, which had the male AC power plug built into the power supply body, the same as the 131 power supply.
Later production got the 015-0058-01 for 115 VAC or the 015-0059-01 for 230 VAC. These had a ~1 m cord and AC plug. Both of these versions used a proprietary coaxial connector on the supply.
The latest version of the 134 power supply appears to be a Tektronix branded wall wart with an AC line cord and output to an inline connector.
