The Tektronix P6000 is a 30 MHz, ×10 passive voltage probe designed for use with oscilloscopes that have a 1 MΩ // 20 to 50 pF input impedance and a UHF connector. The P6003 is a variant of the P6000 that has a BNC connector instead of a UHF connector. The compesation is done by turning the probe itself.
