Service documents aren't available. But Mr. Koslar luckily filed nearly 200 patents (including all country variants) during his life. Five of them are related to the SC series: These patents not only include a block-level based function description of the complete deivce - also the functionality of the proprientry ICs are described.
- United States Patent 4433303A: Push-pull amplifier circuit with FETs
- United States Patent 4746771A: Slde switch
- United States Patent 4839638A: Programmable circuit for controlling a LCD
- United States Patent 4897599A: Signal processing device with a level adapter circuit
- United States Patent 4906916A: Signal processing device having high speed shift register
