The Tektronix SI5020 is a DC to 18 GHz microwave switcher plug-in for the TM5000 system.

Internals
The SI5020 uses coax relay switches from Teledyne, model CR-38S16-1 (7 SMA connectors) or CR-38S16-2 (6 SMA connectors). Instead of a serial number many (all?) units bear the identification number 067-0198-99.
