The Tektronix 3T2 is a sampling time-base plug-in for 560-series scopes. Triggering works up to 100MHz. UHF SYNC works up to 3GHz. The amount of jitter depends on the mode of operation. The lowest jitter is obtained with an external 50-ohm trigger source of at least 150mV, which is specified to be less than 2ps.
