CREATEC Gesellschaft für Elektrotechnik GmbH was a German company founded by Manfred Koslar in Berlin in 1981.

Createc SC01

Their only product line was a series of battery-powered, hand-held digital oscilloscopes which were released in 1986. These scopes were also re-branded by Gossen/Norma and Hitachi. Tektronix rebranded the basic modell as the T201, but also offered the same modell with a different user interface as the T202.

Block diagram

Service documents aren't available. But Mr. Koslar luckily filed nearly 200 patents (including all country variants) during his life. At least five of them are related to the SC series. These patents not only include a block-level based function description of the complete deivce - they also describe the functionality of the proprientry ICs.
