The Tektronix M025 (P/N 155-0017-00) is a 5 MHz decade counter monolithic integrated circuit in a 16-pin DIP, designed by Barrie Gilbert.
It is a 10-stage ring counter with open-collector power output drivers that is used in the 7000 series readout system to drive the TS-1 to TS-10 time-slot pulse lines controlling the plug-in readout circuits.
