P6201
The Tektronix P6201 is an active 900 MHz ×1 FET probe.
It can be powered from 7000 series mainframes having LEMO S-series connectors for probe power, or compatible units such as the 1101.
The probe has a readout pin and the attenuation of the supplied attenuator plug-on tips is accurately encoded.
